Challenge
The project started as a simple landing page with a list of undefined feature requests. The goal was to build a platform supporting short-term rentals, long-term leasing, and property sales without pausing ongoing marketing efforts.

Risk audit
A feature wishlist with no technical scope or structural plan
Action & Solution
Together with developers, product manager and communication specialists we began with a feasibility audit.
We filtered requirements to define a realistic technical scope, eliminating unnecessary features before UX architectural structure development began.
As the project was in its' early days I designed an immediate upgrade to the landing page. This allowed traffic acquisition to continue while the core platform was being built.
architecture
Key-Points
The platform needed to handle three distinct user flows: Short-term Rental, Long-term Rental, and Sales.
Action & Solution
I mapped user flows and wireframes for each vertical, ensuring they functioned within a single system without user confusion. This phase focused entirely on structural logic and information architecture.
ARt
Visual challenge
Project had a set logo and its' main brand color. I had to expand the whole project look and feel.
Action & Solution
With the logic validated, I applied the visual design in Figma. The priority was clarity and trust. It was critical for a platform handling financial transactions.
The implementation phase was managed while working directly with developers to resolve technical blockers. This ensured that the final code matched the design specifications precisely.
Outcome
Result
A fully functional property ecosystem launched on schedule.
Value created
By managing communication between stakeholders and developers, I bridged the gap between a vague concept and a working product.
The platform now successfully handles complex booking and sales logic.

JUDU
Designing the Micromobility Module for JUDU's Unified Mobility App
As part of my Bachelor's thesis, I partnered with JUDU (Vilnius Public Transport) to research, define, and design the entire micro-mobility module for their new application, creating core feature from its initial concept.
Client:
VšĮ "JUDU" (Vilnius Public Transport)
The Challenge:
My main goal was to define and design the entire micro-mobility module for the new JUDU app. While other teams were working on the parking and public transport modules, my task was to conceptualize and design a complete, user-friendly experience for scooter, bike, and other micro-mobility users in Vilnius.
My Roles:
